2007 - W's story began in a Battersea kitchen by two visionaries Gareth Jenkins & Michelle Washington Jenkins who dared to offer a different kind of agency - one that put the ‘role’ before models to showcase inspirational talent. It quickly became the number one destination for a host of incredible models and talent who shared this vision and approach.
2013 - we relocated to Richmond as more employees were added to the team.
2016 - we moved to our current Shoreditch location and expanded our model and creator divisions.
2022 - Artists were added to represent cutting edge photographers and story makers.
2024 - Field, our standalone Athlete Marketing division was founded to consult and broker brand partnership deals for in-house and third party sports stars.
