W MGMT hosted an International Women's Day 2024 Panel Discussion and Breakfast at On eHundred Shoreditch with 3 incredible guest speakers. Joining Gabriella Tailford from W was Halima Hussein from L’Oreal Paris, Kibibi Reid from Benefit Cosmetics & Sacha Bushby from Billion Dollar Boy who discussed beauty standards, women's safety and the pay gap in the creator economy.
It was an incredibly insightful and honest discussion, championing and celebrating women, but also our ongoing plight towards gender equality - and how far we still have to go.
